• Products sent directly by the artist: Premium greeting card sets, diaries and limited edition reproductions of the artist's original works on various media (posters, canvases, etc.), hand-embellished or not, numbered and signed by the artist.
• Greeting cards, calendars, notebooks, journals and unlimited edition reproductions of original works on various media (posters, canvases, etc.) produced via print-on-demand services (Gelato and Printify).

Price

All prices displayed on the site are in the currency of the country selected by the customer. The prices displayed on the site do not include any customs duties or local taxes (VAT/Sales Tax), which may be applied upon arrival in the destination country and are the responsibility of the end customer. The prices displayed, with the exception of limited edition reproductions, include shipping costs. Shipping costs for limited edition reproductions are provided upon request at contact@laetitia-art.com or via the contact form on the store.

The payment methods accepted on the site are as follows:

Country of delivery

Original works and limited edition reproductions can be shipped within Switzerland and internationally, upon request and on a case-by-case basis.

Unlimited edition prints, greeting cards (except Premium sets and sets of 5 cards), calendars, spiral notebooks and journals can be delivered to Switzerland, Canada, the United States and certain European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, France, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden).

Premium greeting card sets and diaries are only available in Switzerland.

Sets of 5 greeting cards are only available in Canada and the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all stationery products (greeting cards, calendars, diaries) and unlimited edition reproductions, for all countries mentioned above.

Shipping costs for limited edition reproductions are set on a case-by-case basis, depending on the country of destination, the characteristics of the work (size, weight, etc.) and the chosen method of transport.

Any customs duties or local taxes, which may be applied upon arrival in the destination country, are not the responsibility of Laetitia Art and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and delivery times

Since not all items available on the site are produced and stored in the same place, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You will be informed of this at the time of payment.

Items are usually delivered within 2-10 business days. These delivery times are provided as an indication only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order.

Right of withdrawal and return

No right of withdrawal applies to orders placed on our online store. Due to the specific nature of our products (made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and shipped. Intellectual property

All products available on this online store (greeting cards, calendars, posters, diaries) are derivative products of original works created by the owner of the online store Laetitia Art.

The works of art (original paintings, designs) and all content on this site (texts, images, graphics, logos) are protected by the laws in force regarding intellectual property and belong exclusively to the artist. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility of print-on-demand providers

Products sold through print-on-demand providers (calendars, greeting cards, unlimited edition reproductions) are manufactured and shipped by our partners Gelato and Printify. We ensure the quality of our creations and take care to select trusted providers, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or defects attributable to these providers. Applicable law and competent court

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
